Concerning allergies :
You’ll see at my brief descriptions, which cakes contain products you might be allergic to. If you’re not sure, please contact me and I’m answering immediately. And when you order a cake, please let me know, how it should be for you. Not only concerning allergies, but also maybe you had a cake in Germany or Austria, which you’d like to enjoy again : Just ask, whether I know it and I’ll be happy to bake it for you!
Whenever I use nuts like i.e. in my Walnut-Baguettes I do not only mix this dough last, but also bake it last, so that a cross-contamination is kept nearly impossible.
I usually bake everything with regular King Arthur flour, as my batches are too small to offer it in different variations.
But when you order a whole cake, I certainly can bake it with your preferred flour, as it anyway is completely individualized! Just tell me, which glutenfree “flour” works best for you, I’ll purchase it, try it out and then bake your ordered cake with it.
I am a strictly vegetarian little bakery and therefore you’ll find no bacon or similar in my salads, quiches or baguettes.
Dairy and Vegan :
My only standard dairy-free cake are my Lemoncake and my Musli-bars. But also here : When you order a whole cake, let me know, whether you would like to have it vegan and I’ll see, what I can do to substitute dairy and eggs.
